We deliver nationwide across South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. Estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days.

We accept:

  • Debit Cards

  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

All payments must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

EFT payments usually take 1–3 business days to reflect in our account. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order. However, once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and our Returns Policy will apply.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Certain items such as custom-made, special-order, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide your order number

  • Send clear photos of the issue

We will guide you through repair, replacement, or refund options in accordance with South African consumer laws.
