3. Direct Bank Transfer (EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer)

- Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once the funds have cleared in our account.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for EFT payments to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Always use your Order Number as the payment reference to avoid processing delays.

Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
- Orders will only be processed and prepared for shipment once payment has been successfully received and verified.
- For EFT payments, dispatch will begin after funds have fully cleared.

- Customers making EFT payments are advised to carefully verify banking details before completing a transfer.

Failed or Delayed Payments
- If a card transaction fails, you will be notified immediately and may retry the payment or select an alternative method.
- If an EFT payment cannot be verified or is delayed, the order will remain on hold until confirmation of payment is received.
- Orders that remain unpaid for more than 7 days may be automatically cancelled.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- EFT refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment and may take 3–7 business days to reflect.
